Alex has spent his entire professional career focused on providing a world-class customer experience through product design and execution and/or amazing customer focused teams.  With the founding of The Two39 Group LLC, Alex hopes to continue that work by building a physical and virtual ecosystem that will empower and support organizations to reach their full potential. In addition to providing the space and community, The Two39 Group plan to add value through consultative services, training, and investments with a particular focus on early-stage technology startups and SMBs.

During his many years in software, Alex has filled many roles, often at one time. While passionate about Customer Success and providing a top-tier experience for customers throughout their lifecycle, Alex has also provided leadership in other key areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Dev Ops. Alex has led multiple software organizations through exponential growth and acquisition, enjoying all of the challenges and opportunities that come along with those activities.

When not behind a monitor or working on connecting the SWFL technology ecosystem, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and 11-year-old daughter, attending car shows, and might even squeeze in some time to go skydiving
