As we begin to shift to our "new normal" during the COVID-19 pandemic, the TWO30WORK team would like to extend our gratitude to our amazing members.
This shift has been far from easy and extremely unpredictable. The past few months have increased worry, stress, and unease.
However, the one consistent aspect about 2020 has been our amazing TWO39WORK community.
The support, feedback, and positive attitudes have not gone unnoticed. We could not do this without you.
Our TWO39WORK Team are continuously working to make our community and space comfortable and safe. We have put multiple safety measures in place to ensure we move forward both transparently and securely with our members. Although many of these measures were put in place prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, including daily deep cleaning and access to sanitation stations within the open space, we have increased sanitation and social distancing methods to adhere to all World Health Organization, CDC, and local health recommendations.
COVID-19 MESSAGE FROM OUR TEAM.
COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN:
The nightly cleaning company has upgraded its chemicals and cleaning standards.
TWO39WORK staff has placed disinfectant throughout the office that any member may use at their discretion.
Cleaning wipes can be found in areas next to both sets of phone booths.
Cleaning stations are available by Conference Room 3108, across from the dedicated desk and next to the open workspace tables.
Hand sanitizer can be found throughout the space.
TWO39 staff is, and will continue, disinfecting common areas, highly trafficked areas and commonly touched surfaces throughout the day. Disinfecting will be documented on a posted checklist.
Daily member check-in is required, in an effort to maintain strong data on member attendance and potential spreading.
Signage has been posted throughout the office as reminders to staff and members to continue practicing social distancing. Chairs in our common workspace have been removed and there are blue X’s on the open space worktables to enable social distancing. There are dividers placed on open space tables to avoid face to face contact.
No shared food, or large events or community gatherings.
Single-serve coffee is available for member usage.
Any member experiencing fever, cough, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, a new loss of taste, or smell are encouraged to follow up with their medical provider.
Our staff will be wearing masks or face coverings. It is highly encouraged that anyone in the common space also wear masks or face coverings.
New navigation arrows have been added to the open space to reduce close contact.
