TWO39 LABS 12-Week Program designed to support startups is set to launch on September 14th.

Bonita Springs, FL - TWO39 Group, LLC (“TWO39”) today announced the launch of its new startup accelerator, TWO39 LABS (“LABS”), a 12-week program designed to provide innovation startups with the resources and support they need to grow quickly, increase viability, and become pitch-ready. LABS is set to launch on September 14th.

Those accepted into the LABS will benefit from mentorship, free co-working space, weekly curriculum sessions and events, connections to local experts and investors, and other tremendous resources during the 12-week program. LABS is a member of GAN which will provide cohort companies with a wide selection of tools, partner discounts, and support resources. “GAN’s focus is to help startups thrive, wherever they call home, by connecting our growing community to a network of startups, corporations and investors,” said Patrick Riley, CEO, GAN. “Given the LABS team’s approach to connecting their community to more resources, we’re looking forward to how our partnership will benefit our collective programs.”

The inaugural cohort is slated for mid-fall 2020 and will culminate with the startups participating in a high-impact pitch event. The first cohort will blur the lines between live in person sessions and virtual attendance allowing companies and mentors to participate however they are most comfortable in the current world health climate. LABS takes no equity and yet can offer startups access to a diverse group of business leaders, investors, and advisors.

Program Director Alex Allen has gathered an impressive lineup of advisory support for the program, including Timothy Cartwright (Tamiami Angels), Brian Samelson (TWO39), Aaron Stafford (TWO39 VENTURES), and John Harthorne (MassChallenge).

"Our program will help startups acquire the fundamental skills they need to properly scale up and gain traction in the markets they plan to disrupt," said Alex Allen. "A strong emphasis will be placed on having them emerge ‘pitch-ready’ and opening doors to our network of investors."

“As a champion for the entrepreneurial community of Southwest Florida, I am excited about what TWO39 has planned. After meeting with Brian Samelson and the TWO39 team, I believe they are well-positioned to make their accelerator a success," said Timothy Cartwright, founder of the Tamiami Family of Angel Funds. "This is a great step forward in our shared vision of a startup-friendly Southwest Florida and I’m pleased to be lending my advice and expertise."
