Role Overview:

TWO39 is growing and thereby excited to be hiring a talented sales professional to join our team. If you're a self-starter and motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission selling all while working toward becoming a sales leader with your own sales team, TWO39 is a great place to grow your career. 

This sales professional will be a key member of the TWO39 team, and will own the responsibility of achieving month-over-month growth and scaling a sales organization, reporting directly to the leadership team.

Responsibilities for the Rainmaker:

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods

  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads

  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the design team

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward

  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

  • Collaborate with leadership by bringing forward innovative lead generation ideas and reporting on pipeline and other key sales projection metrics.

Qualifications for the Rainmaker:

  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience

  • Must be able to travel to on-site meetings with own transportation

  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day

  • Must have a strong work ethic and be eager to learn and make new connections with prospects

  • Have experience using LinkedIn and other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads

  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment

  • You love closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement

  • Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
