Brian Samelson is a lifelong entrepreneur and founder of numerous companies, a leader in bringing subscription based software to the B2B marketplace, a curator of corporate culture, and a philanthropist. Most recently, he founded The Two39 Group LLC, whose mission is to empower organizations to reach their full potential via a multifaceted approach including building collaborative business communities, consultative services, training, and investments with a particular focus on adding value to early stage technology startups and SMBs.

In the mid-1980’s, Brian founded eMaint, a computerized maintenance management software company. He continued to scale the growth of the company and in the late 90’s was one of the leading pioneers in what is now known as “Software as a Service”. The move to the subscription model drove rapid growth throughout the 2000’s. In 2016, having successfully bootstrapped the growth to include over 100 employees and a global presence, Brian sold eMaint to Fluke, Inc., part of the Fortune 500 company Fortive. Brian continued leading eMaint for another year, fully exiting in 2017, leaving behind a tremendous legacy of innovation, leadership, and growth - and ready for the next challenge. 

Brian is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and is an avid fan of all Philadelphia sports teams.
